If you can walk up and down 1,000 steps in Olinda then you are fit enough to climb this. All you need is courage and determination along with common sense.

It takes about 40 minutes to get up however you do need some minor skills in climbing as the are obstacles such as big rock that you need to climb over.

There is a section where it gets tight as you are inbetween giant bolders but once your up all your efforts are well rewarded with 360 degree views. There are several tasks leading down but the shortest takes about 30 minutes and is easier.

I highly recommend wearing a helmet and have a first aid kit, even a bike helmet is better than nothing as there are lots of rocks. It's nature and there are rocks everywhere it can get slippery when wet so pick your days wisely.
